What's the best way to reserve my unit?

You can contact us through our website or call us directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. Click the "Pay Online" button on the menu to complete your online payment.

What type of documentation do I need to rent a space?

We require government issued ID (e.g. state ID, driver's license, or passport).

​

Do I need to sign a long term lease?

Our minimum lease term is 3 months. You can rent on a month-to-month basis after the original lease is up.

​

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount if you pay in full at the time of lease signing for a term of 12 months.

​

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

We require a 30-day written notice before you move out.

​

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can call our manager for assistance on size needs.

​

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at the time of move-in. We suggest using a disk lock as they are more secure.

​

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Toxic materials, perishables, explosives, liquids, and flammable liquids should not be stored.

 

What access is available?

Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
